This is very disappointing. Why didn't Bush appoint a solid conservative who has experience ala Michael Luttig? I am sick of these stealth nominees, particularly when they seem to be unqualified. We have several tried and true conservative judges with plenty of experience and he makes this appointment?

Has Bush been sniffing the air from Kennebunkport Maine? I am beginning to think that I voted for Kerry lite in 2004.
