OK, that's kinda out there. But the lady on FNC just made a good point: HM vetted and put forth all those excellent judicial appointments that President Bush has previously nominated, with which conservatives have been very pleased.
Most of the ones that "pleased" everybody were radioactive because of the Gang of 14 deal.
