William Rehnquist was a clerk for Robert Jackson, a man who was the United States Prosecutor for war crimes at Nuremberg, an outstanding Attorney and Solicitor General, and an accomplished justice on the U.S. Supreme Court.

What part of her curriculum vitae measures up to that?

Maybe the previous poster was referring to the comparable fact that Rehnquist graduated #1 from Stanford law and she graduated from SMU.

Those are about the same, aren't they?

I was asking because I did not know. By the way, do you think that the Republicans can overcome a Democratic filerbuster? When the Republicans decided to let the Dems off the hook over the nuclear option, that changed everything in pursuing an all out fight, a stealth candidate is now a must. You may want this fight, but NE republicans will not go along. What do you suggest?
