Well, if Giuliani is to be the GOP candidate, even if he is perfect on economic and foreign policy issues, he has to assure the GOP base on social issues. In other words, he would need to pick a Sam Brownback as his running mate.

As a pro-choice Republican, Giuliani would not survive the primaries.

If it hadn't been for 9/11, Giuliani's legacy would be summed up as "the guy who announced his divorce at a press conference after getting caught screwing the talent at the office."

I love what Giuliani did for New York in specific and America in general after 9/11, but the man is not fit to be President.
