Someone just posted they could use their cellphone -- no one around us could which is weird. Maybe we should switch from t-mobile.
I'm guessing that within seconds after the blast the cell ciruits were overloaded.
What does your gut tell you right now? Was this a plan to blow up buses with people or crowds of people after the game?
