I think it's simpler than that. GW's been wining and dining the Clintons. He gave Sandy Berglar a slap on the wrist. And I think, quite simply, he's friends with the Clintons. I'm not saying he's their 'boy'. Just their 'bud'.
Berglar was arrested and charged with speeding today (or maybe yesterday) and this may be a violation of his probation.
I want to see that creep behind bars!
