(Could you give an example, I find wikipedia pretty accurate)

By the very nature of the animal, anyone smart enough to use a keyboard can insert their own version of the meaning of a word. For instance, take the word neo-con. I might make it "a democrat who changed sides when the commie left took over the party" Would that be accurate enough for you?
