Kamchatka peninsula is such boondocks [far away from everything and sparcely populated] that jihadists would have difficulty both in coming there and working there without standing out from the "natives" and getting noticed. Also, it is so peripheral to "power centers" that it would not make a good jihadi target anyway.
Exactly. It's so far away from *anything* that, really, nobody outside of the area is really going to care.
That said, it's going to be raining ammo for a while over there....
