Children Sickened At N.J. Catholic School

EDISON, N.J. -- Authorities believe a food-borne illness sickened 14 elementary school children at Our Lady of Peace School in Edison Tuesday.

Police said four of the children were taken to JFK Medical Center in Edison. Another 10 were treated at the scene.

There's no word yet from school officials.

That is the same Diocese of my children's school!

And the lunches are now using a new food contractor. (I make my kids their own lunch)

I got a notice sent home from the school nurse also about a student coming down with something and was sent home. This is standard procedure when the nurse doesn't know what a child has.
