While I read this report on the subway blueprints, all I could think of was the Beslan (sp?) school in Russia.

The weapons had been hidden in the walls, ceiling, floor and the stage, by the workers, while doing the remodeling on the school.

There have been several incidents which clearly showed the events
were pre-planned, pre-staged, and prepared in advance.

We have been talking about this happening for a couple of
years now. They have had quite a bit of time to work under-cover and have things in place.

I still would like to beleive there not ready yet.
