If I was going to view this as the Capitol Building (I have a floor plan in front of me), that would be the House of Representatives on the left, the Senate on the right and the Capitol Mall. But the approach is wrong and would be coming from the southwest, passing over the Pentagon as it did on 9-11. But then, too. Look at a compass. You will see that east is on the left and west is on the right. Or, look at a mirror image of the drawing. The approach would then be correct for the Capitol Building.

Now, looking at it as the Yankee Stadium that was posted (Longer in dimension from east to west),(I don't know how the stadium sits geographically. I'd say those ends we see in the drawing were the ramps and the curved portion would be one edge of the stadium....visual landmarks. The direction of plane travel would basically slice the stadium into two stadium isoceles triangles. Putting all dates, times, recent events together...I'd say it was the stadium but I'm being greatly influenced by the OU dude bombing. You simply can't discount it. I think the OU dude had the wrong date (10-01 instead of 10-11).
