Murrah bombing happened on BJC's watch. McVey and Nichols were caught. However, many reports indicated Middle Eastern persons associated with McVey and Nichols, perhaps even the morning of the Murrah bombing. Some of those reports indicate that those ME men were ---- Iraqi. Where was Nichols from? Kansas. What else is in Kansas? Kansas City. hmmmmm.

In order to cover that he (BJC) allowed foreign terrorists to strike in the heartland, BJC, to cover his own incompetence, ditched the ME connection to Murrah and blamed Rush Limbaugh. Thusly, BJC, covered his own rear and simultaneously covered up for Daddy Bush's allowing the ex-Iraqi military to settle in the Kansas City area.

In order to 'maintain', GWB has to continue the cover up, for the sake of his father's legacy. And in so doing, he has to cover for BJC.
