Actually, I think it's smoke and mirrors. They try to 'float' their ratings when they think there's a key, critical moment. But that's just a means to an end to fulfill their agenda. Otherwise, they'd be talking about the rat scandals as much as we do.
Chris cannot keep his mouth shut and let his guests speak. I quit watching him after he started getting on my nerves so bad and I was unable to slap him in the face!
