My brother, Eric, will be attempting to get his children back legally from his estranged wife in a little more than 5 hours. He has not seen his children, Korin (age 10), Damon (aged 9), and Aaron (aged 8) in over a month, and they are his entire life.
My sister-in-law is an extremely disturbed individual with numerous psychiatric and physical problems, and ran away with the children one day while my brother was at work. He does not know where any of them are, has had no telephone contact, and has been searching frantically for them ever since.
Would you please pray that Eric can be reunited with his children, and that none of them come to any harm? Unfortunately, my brother lives in a state that automatically assumes the mother to be the better caretaker, but in this case I am hoping the judge will see otherwise.
Praying for God's attention and providence in resolving the problems in your brother's family. God bless.
I continue in prayer for your brother, the children and all who are suffering in this!
I'll be praying also.
derllak, a lot has happened, and my latest update is in post 293.
Dear God, keep Korin, Daimon and Aaron safe. Return them to their father who will love, provide and protect them.
Thank you, Father! In Jesus' name, Amen
Prayers for the children and your brother. I wish the judge would grant immediate custody to Eric and remand (right word?) the mom to the mental health institution. I don't know if that can actually happen, but I will pray for it to be. I also pray that the guardian ad litem's findings indicate the neccessity for removal of the children from their mom and go to the dad. Immediate meaning the children leaving the courthouse with their daddy.

I don't know...this is Wisconsin law we're talking about, and they've got some mighty strange procedures.
At home, the children had their own rooms, and were within walking distance of a beautiful lake where the boys would spend hours fishing. Korin loved to play in the yard surrounded by tall trees and all sorts of birds.
The group home has no privacy and everything is shared communally. I wanted to send them some toys, but Eric said not to as someone else would just take them away.
Thank you very much for your continued prayers, grellis!
Prayers for your brother and children are being said here In Kentucky.
Prayers for your Grandchildren's peace and safety. I pray the court will give custody to your son so their mother might get some help with her problems. Sounds like a lot of hurting is going on with you all. Prayers for you also Aracelis.
