QUESTAR GAS REQUESTS A 13.37 PERCENT INCREASE IN ITS UTAH RATESWho's setting their rates for them? The government of Utah? If so, the Utah government should butt out and let the market work.

"QUESTAR GAS REQUESTS A 13.37 PERCENT INCREASE IN ITS UTAH RATES Questar Gas is requesting a 13.37 percent increase in its Utah rates, the majority of which reflects higher costs to purchase natural gas for its customers." It's a vicious circle. This coming winter will be one to forget. Maybe 'global warming' (Summer heat) will extend into the winter months.
I need to do what you have, copyright all typos & errors lol
