So the only reason Christians don't kill, steal, cheat and lie is fear of hell?

Sir, No genuine Christian fears Hell. Christ died as a vicarious sacrifice and paid the wages of sin (death and hell). Christians are Christians because they have received the atonement of Christ as the only remedy for sin (as a principle) and sins (as a practice).
It is possible for a Christian to kill, steal, cheat and/or lie. The sin nature is not eradicated upon salvation.
Genuine Christians, however do not desire to live a lifestyle that is offensive to God's holiness and injurious to our Christian testimony, witness and influence for righteousness. Christians are grateful for deliverance from the condemnation of sin and saved from the potential of going to hell.
Christians, upon believing upon the Lord Jesus Christ for eternal redemption and pardon, are regenerated by the Holy Ghost (Titus 3:5). Jesus called that being "born again." Peter calls it being "partakers of the divine nature." The Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) indwells and teaches the children of God.
Christians have still the sinful nature with which they were born, and with which you were born. Christians DO indeed commit sins; they neither achieve nor acquire sinless perfection in this life. But they know the forgiveness of God which is granted because of the merits of Christ, and have the indwelling Holy Spirit, who prompts us to refrain from murder and thievery and cheating and lying.
It is not fear of hell, but abhorrence of sin, and a desire to be an honorable child of our heavenly Father.

Well for those that actually take the Bible as the Word of God, it is out of love for the Creator and fact he has saved us from his justice and wrath through the redeeming blood of His Son? Does that answer the question?
