We could tell them that if they see weapons to Iran, we'll sell weapons to the Chechnyans
There is a difference between a state (Iran) and international terrorists (some Chechens).
Anyway I don't understand why America decided to declare Iran as enemy. Unfriendly - yes, but enemy?

Isn't it more the other way around? Iran has been acting hostile to the US since 1979. Supporting disorder in Iraq, providing sophisticated IEDs to harm our soldiers, saber-rattling about its coming nuclear program. Isn't the US just recognizing facts on the ground?

Yes there is. State terrorism vs local terrorism.

Ever hear of the "Islamic Revolution?", who started it, what it's goals are? I suggest you read on it a bit more.

Where the hell have you been for the past 25 years? The mullahs in Tehran declared war on the US in 1979. About time we reciprocated.
