Well, the one thing Levin doesn't mention is that one of the other three indicted may have flipped on DeLay.

If that has happened, then all bets are off, and DeLay may be in big trouble.

Earle went thru five grand juries until he finally hit indictment dirt with this sixth one.

My bets remain on DeLay.

If DeLay had simply bribed that creep, he wouldn't be in any trouble right now. Only men of integrity get in trouble with that goon.
