That, to me, looks more like hard proof that Earle is being partisan, at least on this issue. For that, he should be ashamed.
On the other hand, I would have to say that what DeLay is accused of is awfully close to money-laundering and I would not describe it as ethical. I would like to see someone prosecute BOTH parties when they do this and clean up congress.
Unfortunately, ethics and politics are polar opposites nowadays for the vast majority of politicians.
