That, to me, looks more like hard proof that Earle is being partisan, at least on this issue. For that, he should be ashamed.
On the other hand, I would have to say that what DeLay is accused of is awfully close to money-laundering and I would not describe it as ethical. I would like to see someone prosecute BOTH parties when they do this and clean up congress.
Unfortunately, ethics and politics are polar opposites nowadays for the vast majority of politicians.
This is as much BS as the NG Memos. Their whole case is that Delay used money that was paid to a fund raiser for redistricting was sent to Washington and then sent to local Texas campaigns (as I understand it, it was one specific check(attached to the indictment)). How are they ever going to prove that the funds from that check is what was sent to Washington and then prove that those same dollars were sent back to Texas. That is like trying to prove that one specific rain drop that fell in July is now in your ice cube.
