Indictments are easy to get. Any DA worth his salt can get a grand jury to indict, it has been said. Getting the charges to stick are another thing.
But Delay may find his power brokering delayed for a bit.

While the axiom that any DA could "indite a ham sandwich" is true.
There must be some substantial evidence to take such an important Congressman.
He needs to concentrate on fighting this charge, and he will be exonerated.
This is a political witchhunt.
