It's not illegal, but it could be that Governor Blanco is married to a black man, which isn't illegal either. Does anyone know?
Have you done any googling for info on a husband? I can't locate anything and couldn't then. Maybe someone else can. There is loads of stuff about her (I assume, not certain - same name, looks like her)charity work with "Concerned Citizens of Agriculture street" and other issues that are focused on the NO black community, specifically.
