I have here a memo written by a deceased madam of a brothel from back in 1958. It is a performance review for Dan Rather's mother.
I had a specialist in botany verify that this memo may be authentic. The specialist has also confirmed that the memo is on real paper. A handwriting expert has authenticated the typewriter's typeface as appearing to be authentic. I have the unsworn testimony of several anonymous sources that remember how she could umm... Yes, well - you get the picture.
And I stand by the memo, and believe that the issues brought up in the memo are accurate.

Just picture that instead of an allegedly objective newsman, you are listening to James Carville, Bob Shrum, Lanny Davis, etc. and then you'll understand how Rather can persist at this. He's just a democrat operative, barely once removed.

I watched most of this last night and Dan is nuts. He said that someone in the Bush admin revealed Plame as a CIA agent. No proof is needed for Dan apparently. Look for a hit piece by him on 60 minutes in a few weeks.

Who is Dan Rather? Name sounds kinda familiar. Kinda like remembering that nasty case of the skits I had about a year ago. The memory is there but it is vague.
Look for Rather to start rattling the little steel ball bearings during the next interview....
That's a complete lie. The other pillar of the story, Ben Barnes, a Kerry operative, who claimed he pulled strings to get President Bush into the Texas ANG, was completely discredited by his own daughter, when she revealed that her father told her he was going to go on network TV and lie about it, even though he had absolutely nothing to do with it!
