I have some concerns about Roberts and protection of private property rights. How would he have ruled in Kelo? I understand he has argued in favor of eminent domain seizures for private party gain. Other than that, and especially because he greatly bothers liberals, I guess he's ok.

As for the recent spate of claims from Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his fellow "envirocrats" who say that global warming is the real cause of Hurricane Katrina, Ann had a rather funny reply.
"Try to get them sedated and restrained quickly, then wait for the paramedics to arrive. If it's Kennedy, take the needle out of his arm first," she said.
She is really good at darts, arrows and zingers.

I heard John Gibson say tonight that he thought the Feds should come into his home and boin- his wife. "sorta" What he did say was that the feds should be responsible for evac of nursing home patients. I think he has gone off the deep end. Every person on Fox but Brit has gone crazy.

I was rather disappointed with her response to the Roberts nomination but I'll let her slide. I can't wait for the next new nominee and to hear Ann's thoughts.
