Missiles landed in at least three locations, including the impoverished Tufah neighborhood and the Bureij refugee camp, just south of the city.

True to form SFgate mentions not a word about the attacks by the Palis which triggered this.

Why would anybody leash their barrage in the first place?

SFGate didn't write this. The ASSociated Press gets the credit.

What goes around - comes around!

If I were Israel, I would bomb electrical & water production every day, and to hell with world opinion.

Making them live in the stone age doesn't seem to work with Palis.

Its just going to have to come to pass that several square city blocks will have to be leveled without warning and with total disregard for the sub-human life that lives there.

In other words, the same as they treat the Israelis, times 20.

Good idea to cut off the electricity. I don't see why Palestinians should enjoy a decent existence when they're shelling Israel.

I haven't looked (run into too many reg pages doing that),
but did they remember to mention the Hamas "cease fire"
that the IDF would supposedly be "violating" here?

Good point. Don't bite the hand that feeds you as the saying goes. This all falls right in line with what i think Sharon's strategic plan of withdrawal was. When attacks are based from this newly given territory, there will be a disproportionate response that will escalate incrementally. By withdrawing from the Gaza Strip, Sharon has gained legitimacy even in the eyes of the Jew hating governments of western europe.
