Before this crisis NOLA had been #3 on the FBI's list of prosecutions for public corruption even though it is only #35 in population!!! Now as the NOPD and other corruption scandals emerge, NOLA will shoot to #1 in public corruption prosecutions -- but since a lot of its population will not return it will probably only be around #200 in population!! Un-frickin-believable....

It is really astounding. Your statistics were news to me. Makes ya sick, doesn't it? Looks like the corrupt officials in LA made their most vulnerable pay the heavy price, forcing THEM to reap what these politicians have sown.
