I agree with the people here who had stated that blanco, and landrieu and nagin etc jumped the gun out of the gate and began blaming the feds in order to AVOID the press looking at their failures too closely.

It is an old dem game, played better by hillery and bill klinton than any dirtbags to cross our political arena. They always put their failures upon their enemies, first, keeping their own snakey crap out of the press. And the press, because they are mostly out of the investigation game and undereducated, maybe even biased, accept the news as edited by fenton communications ( a liberal group who offers a discussion forum and pre-printed articles for reporters to use) and sent on to reuters and the AP from there....NEVER TAKE a DEEP LOOK.

The last thing blanco, nagin but ESPECIALLY Landrieu want is for their dirty, dirty, abusive, horrific misuse of federal money, the manner in which they have denied services ( police, evacuation plans, etc) and safety to their poorest population TO BE EXPOUSED TO ALL OF AMERICAN.

Never have these grunts prayed harder that the mainstream press will do a major cover-up for their atrocities.
