In summary, Mr. Brown, can you tell us why you couldn't help Governor Blanco and Mayor Nagin pull their heads out of their hinders?

Brinkley is friends with the Landrieu family(he mentioned this on one of the talk shows). Nagin went with Jendal against Blanco in the governor's race. Nagin may be a fool but Blanco, Landrieu and Brinkley are setting him in cement so he can "float" in Lake Poinchartrain.

If that's Rachelle ("Shelley") Cohen, who was on when I looked at Fox long enough to see they had talking heads, she is -- I believe -- still the manager for the Herald's editorial pages, which might explain the Herald's leftward drift (it's not the Globe by a long shot, but it's not as conservative as it was). Why do they think a Boston person anyway is the person to comment? Couldn't they get anyone from the Times-Picayune?

Fox News has been a joke since the Iraq war began to be honest. They do great reporting from overseas but their daily programming is rinse and repeat cycle news all day long...same stories over and over. They come on-air an hour later than MSNBC and CNN which both start at 5 AM,they repeat The Factor 3 TIMES,show Neil Cavuto at 5 AM which is a show from 4 PM the previous day.
Their weekend crew is awful...their hurricane coverage has been dismal during landfalls and they turned the lights out during the coverage of Katrina the day after it hit...they went to repeat programming.CNN stayed live for 2 weeks straight around the clock.
It really shows what they are made of...nothing special.
Hume,Smith,and sometimes O'Reilly are the only things that make it worth watching at times. Other than looking at Laurie Dhue.
Jefferson is clearly intimidated by Brownie. No specific question.
