All the Blue state Democrats voted No, the Red State Democrats due for reelection voted yes and all the Democrats running for President voted no.

It looks like they are following party policy across the board. It isn't about JGRjrs qualifications, it is about THEIR sorry political ambitions.

Wisconsin is a "blue" state, but Kohl & Feingold voted yes. Kohl is up again in '06 & Feingold has his eye on the White House.
