Well, yes, any woman will not do. Welcome, the esteemed unbiased non-partisan Justice Ann Coulter! Oh, not Democrat enough? How about the Ghost of the deceased Solicitor General Barbara Olsen? She surely would be a hit with the Senate Democrats, who have no problem dredging up deceased voters on Election Day.

She ought to be forced to resign. If a conservative judge made similar comments from the right side of the spectrum there would be a huge outcry.

In Ginsburg's warped view of things, it would appear that women have no rights until the age of 12, when she has the right to have sex with anyone she wants and can even become a prostitute if she wishes. This is in stark contrast to a Boy Scout who would never have any rights unless he decides to become a homosexual.

I think Scalia and Thomas should jointly release their list of choices on Rush Limbaugh's show.

"So, Ginsburg wishes to "advance women's rights." Which rights, specifically? Are American women denied rights?"
I too would be interested in knowing what rights Ginsburg thinks I've been denied that should be "advanced." She's an ACLU hack and always has been.

She's a classless left wing bitch and the republicans should never have all supported her. I disagree. A president deserves a fair chance for all of his nominees.

That's pretty much it.
I wonder how many young children Ginsburg has chained in her basement too.

How can we males, who after all had no say in being given a "Y" chromosome, expect a fair hearing from Justice Ginsburg when pitted against a female, especially if the case implicates a "women's rights" issue? For that matter, how can we be sure her votes on other cases, even those not directly touching upon any of her hot button issues, are not secretly cast with an eye to a future case advancing her private agenda? Astute observations, the author is correct to be concerned.
Thanks for the ping Mo. So, do you think the RAT SC judges also get the morning fax from George Soros and his moonbat crowd?

I think the picture on the left has been touched up to look better. The Weekley Standard had a picture of her that looked much more like the picture on the right - truly frightening. Now, I know looks aren't everything, but damn!

Aside from the make-up, I would have to say that Margaret Hamilton was better looking.

Ginsburg is just like the Klintoons and other leftists, she would never actually want such things for HER children.

So, let me get this straight; a sitting Supreme Court Justice, a person who is to rule on issues regarding the Constitution, knows so little of the document in question that they think should they have the right to nominate/appoint justices?
Hmmm...
*shakes head, walks off*

Ginsburg is not qualified to be on the Court, or any court.

I think if she really wanted she could have her own syndicated afternoon show helping people sort out stolen weedeaters.
