Downtown Dubai? No wonder!
BTW, downtown Dubai is quite a place!
Can you give us more details on what this was all about?
Unless I am hear things... I sware I heard it.. Thats what was so scary.. thats why I post this nonsense.
Ramadan....can't wait to eat and drink in honor of it!
Fast? Nah, not at all.
Well you've gotten my curiosity on this...please let me know if it comes on again, and if you get further info.
it was a black dude in a robe... he said something like thank ACKBAR i found my... blah...... something like that.
What else was in the commercial?
..I did a double-take the other day.....while driving on a well used route into town...
...In big letters ...RAMDAS INN....
..I'm sure it use to be a Ramada Inn....(at least I think so)...
..but sure enough, it said RAMDAS INN!
Note to self: Use spell check... sware = swear
I'm not Big Mo, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night...
No, but I did stay in a Holliday Inn Express last night.
Maybe it is because Holiday Inns are in dozens of countries around the world. Could be that a Muslim owns that particular holiday Inn, in , say, Libya.
Now it's my turn...imagine staying at a Ramada Inn in an Islamic nation. I have!
If it was a muslim doing the commercial then that would make sense. Not a big deal imho.
Could be a way of saying here we go again!
RAMDAS Inn?
Like Baba Ram Dass?
maybe, but thats what I heard.. if anyone else sees this commercial ping me please.... I'm not old (42) and NOT losing my mind... LOL
I know the Saudis are buying Fox News, but I had no idea the Calamarians had purchased Holiday Inn.
Guess that means no seafood there?
Same here, spent a month at the Ramada hotel in Doha. Quite surprising actually but after I left, there were warning about possible attacks. Lots of foreigners
