It's just amazing what they can do these days with knee surgery. I hope I never have to have it, but if I do--I'm glad it's now and not 10 years ago!

It is true of most surgeries. I was doing exercises the same day I had my rotator cuff and bone spur surgery. My mil had a friend who had the same surgery but she did not do the exercises and she can not lift her arm above her head. It pays to have a terrific surgeon and to do what he says. Sure it hurt at first but it is getting better.
