You spoke with such ferver on the subject I assumed you knew what you were talking about when you mocked my disbelief in a weather control device.

Not mocking any beliefs, just wondering about the geneses of such, given the scientific knowledge of the day.

Do you think if HAARP were being used to control weather in the Gulf of Mexico that there would not be some type of tangible atmospheric evidence?

I have no idea, that is why I ask questions. Perhaps the fact that many radio operators complained that communications, in a huge radius around the area, was being jammed for an extended period of time is a clue.
