Shades of that black bimbo that sprayed racial slurs on her own car? There are plenty of whites that are racist, but intelligent enough to write and send letters to a specific addressee? Doubtful.

Are you suggesting Jeter wrote the letter for publicity? Anything is possible, but Clarence Thomas received a similar threat, and I doubt he'd have sent it to himself. But, one thing's for sure, whenever threats like that are faked, people are hesitant to believe the real thing.

It doesn't sound like the letter came from a "white" person because it's warning him to stop "being a traitor to his race." But I guess that's possible, too.

No.

I'm not so certain that a "white" person was responsible for sending those letters.

Am I playing the race card? ;)
