Exactly!
I watched the Jenna Jamison interview,
and I got this sick, creepy feeling hearing her talk.
But was when they talked to her brother and her father
that I got ill.
It was subtle, but there was no mistaking that she was viewed as a sexual being LONG before she reached adulthood.
I wasn't going to comment further on this thread because it's always a no-win proposition, but this statement reminded me of something I have always viewed as bizarre, but is never mentioned.
"Viewed as a sexual object long before..." etc.
instantly reminded me of the popularity of "cheerleaders", even at the lower school level. And we know what happens there as the age progresses. Most people think nothing of it and most families encourage it as a special achievment. I was totally relieved when my academically superior daughter never expressed the slightest interest.
When is the moron that wrote the book going to offer his children up for some sicko to screw? Next we'll be hearing how beastiality and necrophilia are normal. It's becoming a sad world....
