It's not the best...but God help us if Kerry had won the election and one of the houses of Congress. I'll hold my nose, but we're still better off with the Bush man. What's the man supposed to do...not spend money to rebuild the infrastructure???? Give me a break!!

Where infrastructure needs to be maintained and expanded, those in the area can pay for it.
When the Feds do it, very quicky people lose site of how much money is being thrown around. When it's money closer to you, you spend it more wisely.
