This from a woman who does not produce anything necessary in life. She is an entertainer. She produces recordings and films which consume considerable quantities of energy, You have hit the nail on the head.
Where do these Hollywood morons thing we are going to cut energy usage.
If we truly were in a crisis, the first place we cut is the entertainment industry.
An industry that produces no food, no shelter, no redeeming value to the long term existence of mankind.
Go ahead President Bush. Sign Kyoto and then shut down Hollywood, the music industry, all fiction book and magazine printing. To produce these things wastes energy and resources and pollutes the environment with no improvement to society.

If she's so worried about Global Warming, shouldn't she lead the way and give up her huge mansion on the coast that is eating electricity at an phenomenal rate? Last I heard, it's only her and hubbie James Brolin living there.
Why is it these loons expect us to give up what little we have while they savor their wealth? A perfect reply.
The reason being that (In Her Opinion) "we" are the subjects that should sacrifice so the American royalty (such as herself, or any of the other "elite") can lead us all into some sort of Orwellian, 1984ish 'utopia'.
