As a Christian woman, I have to say that I am also sometimes repulsed by the prurience of Western culture. However, I'd much rather live in a society that offers freedom, even if the results aren't exactly to our liking all the time. Islam only offers enforced virtue, and as Dinesh D'Souza has said, "Enforced virtue is no virtue at all."

as Dinesh D'Souza has said, "Enforced virtue is no virtue at all."

D'Souza said this? I thought he was smarter than that. We have enforced virtues against killing people, and stealing. We, mostly, don't allow prostitution; or relieving ones self in public.

I actually could empathize with you and the Muslim girl here. My guess is that there is not enough "enforced virtue" in the UK, and there is not enough here in the US. There has to be a happy medium between the mullahs and the ACLU.

well, we do live in an immoral society.....it embarrasses me to see the slime that goes for entertainment and standards nowadays......

perhaps the new world will consist of conservative, orthodox Jews, practicing Christians, and devout Muslims.....

maybe what will join us is a total retreat from the obscene and disgusting culture we seem to be living in.....
