Spector should supoena those documents from the 9-ll Commission. The public deserves to know what Able Danger documentation DOD, (Pentagon), turned over to the Commission. More precisely, what was not turned over.

The "Republican" representatives on this commission have been so "non-partisan" (read that: GUTLESS), it has been stunning. It's as if Gorelick is absolutely immune from any potential accusation much less blame. In their efforts to avoid anything controversial, they seem happy to bury the truth. They did everything in their power to avoid any blame or any controversy -- who cares about fixing these problems?

Maybe DOD is now being complicit in the cover-up to avoid politicizing "the wall" (the MSM seems to have backed Rumsfeld into a corner where he can't come out looking OK whatever he does) -- but these RINO commissioners are stepping over the line into sedition to support their buddies on the Dem side. Really really disgusting.

Additionally, Laney's assertion that the Commission failed to report on this program to protect Jamie Gorelick is ridiculous. She had nothing to do with any ''wall'' between law enforcement and our intelligence agencies. The 1995 Department of Justice guidelines at issue were internal to the Justice Department only and were not even sent to any other agency. The guidelines had absolutely no effect on the Department of Defense, and certainly did not prohibit it from communicating with the FBI, the CIA or anyone else.

A massive lie. And certainly John Ashcroft helped to expose it.

And now Gordon admits they were told about Able Danger, and yet originally they said they had never heard of it.

Well, as usual, we have two different stories here. The Pentagon and DoD insist there aren't any Able Danger documents. They were destroyed when Able Danger was disbanded in 2000. Yet here we have the 9/11 Commission receiving documentation from Able Danger in 2003.
