A Fairfax, Va., jury found him guilty of manufacturing and possessing child pornography and extortion. Fairfax police became aware of the situation when one of the young men went to a police station in September 2004, he reported that Sinacore was threatening to use tapes of sexual encounters to blackmail him for money.

Are they children or young men? Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't care in the least if this guy was killed in prison. However, I am concerned that the line if being blurred between true pedophila (i.e. sex with pre-pubescent children) and bizarre sexual deviancy (illegal sex with young men). The first deserves death. The second just 20 years in prison.
