I have a question re the tornados. Do they spawn on the East side of a hurricane, anywhere near, or is there a pattern?

They are most often found in the NE and E side of the circulation. Feeder bands often have tornadic cells embedded within them.

They can happen anywhere but are most likely in area northeast of the center--roughly 11 o'clock through 4 o'clock.
