The only flood gages giving a reading in the Lake Charles/Beaumont/Port Arthur area since 1:30AM CDT are in Jefferson County, TX.
Water at the
Hillebrandt Bayou nr Lovell Lake, TX flood gage has risen about 0.35 feet since 12 Midnight CDT (as of 3AM); the flood gage at
Pine Island Bayou abv BI Pump Plant, Beaumont, TX shows water levels declining (as of 2:30AM).
Lovell Lake is at the star on this map (not on the Sabine Pass):
