This tornado is wrapped in rain.
Note this Tornado Warning has just expired...
Evangeline Downs Racetrack is in the area of the Tornado -- could be North or South of there... The town of Carencro is West of the Racetrack (horse racing)...
The police in Dallas questioned the driver of the bus that burned and killed so many elderly people this morning...
