WASHINGTON -- Accuracy in Media (AIM) editor Cliff Kincaid said today that one of the leaders of the group organizing Saturday's "anti-war" rally in Washington has posted an article urging "solidarity" with the "Iraqi fighters" and "resistance" killing American troops and innocent civilians in Iraq. This shows, Kincaid said, that the "anti-war" protest has been unmasked by one of its own leaders as a pro-war organization that seeks to kill those struggling for freedom and democracy in Iraq and around the...

Go to the website of the World Tribunal on Iraq and read their anti-American spew. It was a joint effort of ANSWER, United for Peace and Justice, Code Pink, etc. If anyone can still call it dissent after reading that, then they are much more even tempered than I am. I am ashamed that members of these groups are "Americans" (just borrowing a Dixie Chicks line...)
Just goes to show that even a twerp can become a general in our military. Clarke has the intellectual honesty of a doorknob. Possibly less. Why they give this dipsh!t the time of day is beyond me but if O'Reilly wants show some real courage he should ask Clarke what his involvement with Waco and the Branch Davidian Church was in 1993. Clearly Wesley thought that could be won "by military alone".
This goes beyond free speech. Arrest them all and send 'em to Club Gitmo to be with their comrades!
Ashley Wilkes doesn' seem to have a clue as to how radical
cindy is.
Unfortunately, the Liberals need something to unite them and anti American sentiments is the way to go. But you can't make a career of it, in fact, you can't even make a good case for it, so the Conservatives, again, have to say, "Thanks you traitors for getting us re-elected!" There is not more shocking for Liberals than losing more elections.
"It's NOT the Iraqi's who are resisting, you pin heads!"
It doesn't matter what truth you put in these pigs faces, they just hate America, plain and simple.
I agree except that there is no such thing as treason in the United States .
I agree with you %1000 ..good post.
When did we as a country become castrated?
I often think of that myself....
Dear Sir or Ms:
Before Don Williams approved publication of his August 19 column, "The future favors peace after missteps in Iraq", where he referred to Cindy Sheehan as the "mother of the hour" whose "plainly broken heart" was "written there in her plain American face," he should have checked out the transcript of her August 16 telephone press conference, available at http://www.kansascity.com/multimedia/kansascity/archive/opinion/Sheehan_transcript.pdf , @ p. 20. There, referring to her son, Casey's, murderer, she said: "The person who killed my son, I have no animosity for that person at all. * * * I have no animosity towards that person." A normal American mother who really loved her son would have intense, legitimate animosity towards his murderer and, more than anything else, want that individual hunted down and brought to justice.
This appalling remark shows Cindy obviously hated everything Casey stood for and worked for, and did everything she could to undermine him and his mission while he was alive. Casey's joining the Army must have been an act that really galled her, let alone how intensely infuriated she must have been by his re-enlisting contrary to her deepest desires. It's likely that, in her view of America, he'd basically married the Devil's daughter and started having children with the Devil's daughter. Hence, it would be very easy for her not to feel much real grief at all, but to be anxious to parade as much false "grief" as possible and use it as a weapon to slime Casey's memory and mission, exactly what she's doing.
Now she fraudulently, loudly, and lugubriously "grieves" about his death every time a TV camera is pointed at her, just like Bill Clinton "grieving" over Ron Brown's death. Even more vile, she's crassly appropriated Casey's heroic death and twisted it to attack everything he honorably stood for. In effect, as a way to express her real hatred for him and get posthumous revenge on him for his patriotism, she's installed a toilet on top of his grave, copiously used it herself, and invited thousands of other members of the "peace movement" to do the same. Utterly contemptible.
Cindy, by being involved in every far left, anti-American cause she could find long before Casey enlisted, did everything she could to undermine him and his mission and encourage the Islamofascists to murder every American they could, just the way Nick Berg's father did.
Surprise!! The Islamofascists took that encouragement by those two individuals and murdered Nick Berg and Casey Sheehan. Short of pulling the trigger herself, "Mother Sheehan" couldn't have done much more to kill Casey. Far worse, if she and the rest of the "peace movement" get us to cut and run, far more Americans, probably thousands more, are likely to get killed by the Islamofascists.
Sincerely yours,
Great post. I wonder about the timing of camp casey- it seems to me that Cindy could have been approached by the lefties to stir up the whole "grass roots" lefties by "camping" in front of the President's ranch. It just seems a little too coincidental that all these people started showing up and all these arrangements were made in a short period of time. Perhaps my neurosis is getting in the way and this really was not planned. But, it could have been....
Your mention of her phone call statement about having no animosity towards her son's killer made me think about how calculated everything is with her. She doesn't seem too bright, but smart enough for the protesters to follow. I bet they think she is smarter than, say, someone who went to Yale and Harvard.....and happened to become President of the United States.
You're dead on right. It had to be preplanned, along with the heavy media coordination, the sophistication of which was obvious from the very beginning.
August is a dead news month with all of DC on vacation at various places all over the world, making it the one time a protest like this would be likely to draw the heavy media coverage it received. That shows a lot of planning and media sophistication well beyond what the Little Witch herself has. Indeed the crosses themselves show it--over a thousand with names don't get manufactured over night. It would be nice to see some MSM type (when pigs will fly without aircraft) ask how, where and when they were manufactured.
