Is it still raining in Ft. Riley? Darn--want her to be able to see all these birthday wishes!
Make sure she bookmarks it--I went back yesterday and looked at mine--and it brought back so many memories! You and I celebrated together that night!

An Open Letter Of Thanks To The Canteeners:
It's been a hectic week here at Casa Drumbo as we prepare for 'lil Valentine Michael's debut. He's due today, but so far is remaining stubborn. Titan Magroyne is in da house, helping in tons of ways from relief backrubber to cooking more than her share of meals, helping with shopping, errands, designated driving and much needed all-around moral support. She also played delivery-gal for the Canteen's "cyber-shower" which goes so far above and beyond anything we could imagine that I'm at a near loss of words. The gifts and cards are simply fantastic - and very much appreciated by MrsDrumbo (aka ByteMe, AlmostHeaven & SWMBO) and myself.
For the second time in less than a year, FReepers have reached out to us, touching our lives with generosity, kindness and blessings beyond our wildest dreams. It's humbling and a kindness that I can only hope to someday repay, or as Mr. Heinlen (for whom 'lil Mike is named) so often said, "Pay It Forward".
Through your works and wishes, you have demonstrated what an honor, pleasure and privilage it is to be among FRiends. We sincerely thank you all, especially dear Mojo who I suspect played some (not small) role in coordinating Char's Cyber-Shower and all it entailed. You folks simply rock and we love you,
Love Warriors all!
May your best be better; your better blessed!
Love Warriors

I do have Gravity Kills, and can play for you hopefully here in just a little bit. Our servers have the hiccups at this moment, LOL!
I'll ping ya when we get to play some tunes again.
