Well, a real nutball would argue that the hurricane generator doesn't need to provide the energy to create the hurricane (the ocean does that) just energy to create the conditions for hurricane genesis (which might be much smaller).
And of course, the hurricane generator would use Tesla "free energy" generators for power. ROFLMAO.
