Dangerous Hurricane Rita is expected to make landfall in the northeast Gulf of Mexico within 24 hours. Tornados have spawned in Louisiana. Water is filling the Ninth Ward of New Orleans again. A bus carrying elderly evacuees was gutted by fire this morning outside Dallas, with multiple fatalities. Television crews have positioned their hurricane reporters throughout the region to attain maximum drama effects. Whoooooa.

Isn't that CC what's her name from Brit Hume's show?
CC Connelly
LOL---I can't take offense...
Oh my goodness, I am embarrassed! It is even worse, I haven't had anything to drink but iced tea.
You're in Huntsville? They said the first evacuees were going there so wondered if they were being housed in the old unit. Hey, it's strong and nothing gets in or out. Hmm, guess not or msm would be having a hay day and blaming it on Bush.
you notice it's not a fox news cap CeeCee is wearing....it's a "PINK" hat.....code pink...ya think?
How many refineries/oil rigs are we going to lose in this one?
Cooper is in Beaumont. Has CNN written big on his jacket. In case he gets blown away they know were to return him.
OMG....you're killing me...
Did the sound just not match Greta's lips right before this commerical? Something was very weird with that. Maybe the wind has effected her mouth.
Oh my - that is a disturbing report. My prayers for your safety.
North of Baton Rouge, East/West Feliciana. We still have power - quite suprised. Lost power fairly quickly during Katrina.
Thanks....I've been watching tv b/t cable and local news but I seem to consistently miss any relevant important information and only see reporters blowing in the wind and pictures of the levee break in New Orleans! My four kids are getting cabin fever (meaning driving me bananas) but dont want to go to sleep til storm is over....any babysitters here??? LOL
Exactly, but with no storm clouds.
As far as the media up here is concerned nothing happened outside New Oleans.
