Dear Jimmy,
Please put this presidential declaration in writing, in order to assist George W. Bush in his presidential run of 2008. (Since he wasn't elected in 2000, he's still got one in his back pocket. Care to discuss 2004's election results?)

It had me laughing too. Especially this:
"Carter for president. Just what America needs right now to restore some semblance of dignity to the presidency. I believe if he ran he would actually win. There is a tremendous undercurrent of sentiment for change in America and the populace will speak loud and clearly in '08 if given a choice such as Carter."
I mean come on! Ok which freeper is gonna admit trolling this lefty site and posting that comment?

This from:
Mr. Iran Hostages
Mr. 21% Prime Rate
Mr. Gas Lines
as nauseum.
Failed former presidents should shut up and resign themselves to the dustbin of history.
BTW, have you ever seen a rpublican pull the scummy post-administration crap both of the last 2 failed demoncrat presidents continually do? I think there is definitely a difference in class there.

Given the elections that Carter is in the habit of certifying this is pretty consistent.

"Well I would say that in the year 2000, the country failed abysmally in the presidential election process," Carter told a panel Monday at American University in Washington, D.C. "There's no doubt in my mind that Al Gore was elected president." Yea ... Keep telling yourself that Jimmy

"And the decision was made as you know on a 5-4 vote on a highly partisan basis by the U.S. Supreme Court, so I would say in 2000, there was a failure." Can someone summarize the decisions by the FSC vs. the USSC? If I remember correctly the USSC didn't vote GWB president, but sent the case back to the FSC with the idea that, and I paraphrase, "Your out of line"
Any good books been written the cover the election?

[Ted Kennedy] and [Bill] Clinton were the last real Democrats.A bleary-eyed trust fund baby and a philandering lout. Now, that's what I call real Democrats.

"[Gore] received the most votes nationwide, and in my opinion, he also received the most votes in Florida," Carter continued. LOL, the putz was president and still doesn't know about the Electoral College. ROFL!

Let's see, Carter is "certain" that Gore defeated Bush in 2000, but "doesn't have enough information" to say what happened in 2004.
Increasingly, Democrats only approve elections in which they win. This is because they realize they are in the minority. This is also why they don't care about democracy in other countries.
They are very selfish people.
