"Well I would say that in the year 2000, the country failed abysmally in the presidential election process," Carter told a panel Monday at American University in Washington, D.C. "There's no doubt in my mind that Al Gore was elected president."

Yea ... Keep telling yourself that Jimmy

I would trust the SCOTUS oligarchy WAY BEFORE I would trust the mind of Jimmy Carter. Who cares what his opinion is?

It is fabulous how the SCOTUS has been hailed as the saviour of the republic by liberal socialist democrats, UNTIL it cuts the wrong way. Now it becomes a "partisan" SCOTUS.

Double edged swords cut both ways Mr. Carter. Since you study the Bible, that should be an easy reference to understand.
