Personally I don't care, I wasn't going to emigrate to US anyway and I don't think that export of people is in our interest.
I don't understand why they have this lottery, they should take as many well educated, English speaking people as It is possible, not some retards, who won the lottery.

Even winning the lottery hardly gives a chance to go to USA. I remember my friend won some years ago. And US embassy rejected his request with a silly pretext.

It makes me sad that the most salient feature we measure for the addition of people to our nation is that person's nation of origin. I'd rather it be based on their interest in becoming an American and what they can contribute.
